How we built a lead generation engine from scratch (100+ leads monthly) for a B2B equipment distributor.

The Client

A Greek distributor of professional laundry equipment, supplying hotels, hospitals, laundromats and industrial facilities across Greece. High-ticket B2B sales with long decision cycles and a very specific buyer profile.

The Challenge

When they came to us, they had no active digital advertising whatsoever. Zero campaigns, zero tracking, zero data. Their leads came entirely from word of mouth and an existing distributor network.

The goal was clear: build a predictable, scalable lead generation engine from scratch, targeting the right decision-makers across multiple channels.

What We Did

We built a three-channel system where each channel serves a different role in the buyer journey.

Each channel feeds into the same tracking system, giving us clean performance data across the full funnel. This is exactly how we approach our Paid Ads services.

Where We Are Now

The system is active and improving continuously. More data means sharper targeting, better creative decisions and a lower cost per lead over time. The pipeline is growing and we are still in the early stages of what this account can do.

The key is matching the channel to the stage of the buying journey. Google captures people already searching for a solution. Meta reaches decision-makers before they start searching. Email nurtures the ones who need more time. Together they cover the full cycle.

The first leads came in within the first two weeks of launching. Reaching consistent volume at a stable cost per lead took around 2-3 months as the campaigns gathered data and optimised based on real results.

Every lead is a form submission from a business. Hotel managers, procurement officers, laundromat operators. The form is structured to filter out irrelevant inquiries from the start.

In this case, yes. Budget efficiency depends on niche, targeting and how well the funnel is built. We focus on maximising results within the available budget before recommending any increases.
